We go however far it takes to get the right ingredients for the World of Brio products. You get only the best, at a value that justifies not settling for anything less. Our passion for ingredients helped us draft some boundaries on what is allowed and not in the World of Brio products. We wanted to share with your our point of view here in a transparent form. Our product philosophy comes across different ways in the World of Brio products, such as our 100% fruit vinegars made from non-gmo fruits without added sulfates in the golden standard for potency and flavor. On another example is 100% durum wheat World of Brio Pasta which offers perfect blend on a traditionally made pasta as it is meant to be with just wheat to offer naturally low gluten, non-GMO rich pasta experience.

Acceptable Ingredients:

  • Acidulants and Flavoring Agents: acetic acid, ascorbic acid, citric acid, lactic acid, malic acid, natural smoke flavoring, oleoresin paprika, some artificial flavors (with exceptions)

  • Anti-Caking Agents: magnesium carbonate, silicon dioxide (acceptable with limitations)

  • Antioxidants: alpha tocopherol, alpha tocopherol acetate, ascorbates, beta-carotene, erythorbic acid, some artificial antioxidants (with exceptions), tocopherols (vitamin E)

  • Baking Agents and Dough Conditioners: ammonium bicarbonate, baking powder, cream of tartar, some leavening agents (with exceptions)

  • Bleaching Agents (limited): benzoyl peroxide (for flour)

  • Bulking Agents and Fillers: microcrystalline cellulose (with limitations)

  • Buffers and Sequestrants: calcium citrate, disodium phosphate, potassium citrate, potassium gluconate, sodium bicarbonate, sodium citrate, sodium phosphate (with limitations)

  • Coloring Agents: annatto, beta-carotene, caramel color (organic only), carotene, natural astaxanthin, vegetable gums (with exceptions)
